Applications may be submitted either online or in person.

Declaration of Responsibility

The application shall include:

  1. Completed «Application and Proposal for Enterprise Settlement»
  2. Signed «Declaration of Responsibilities for Enterprises Settling in the Macao International Technology Industry Centre»
  3. A copy of the signatory’s identity document.
    • Where the document is signed by an authorised person, a copy of that person’s identity document and the relevant documents confirming his or her authority must be submitted.
  4. Supporting Documents：
    1. Supporting documents relating to the scoring items of the applicant enterprise (including its affiliated enterprises, where applicable), including information relating to intellectual property, personnel with higher academic qualifications, industry-academia-research cooperation, awards for innovation and technology, certifications obtained by affiliated enterprises, proof of the number of employees of affiliated enterprises, enterprise revenue and business deployment.
    2. Evidence that the applicant enterprise (including its affiliated enterprises, where applicable) has technology and innovation business as its principal business (where applicable), including information on the products or services of the applicant enterprise (including its affiliated enterprises, where applicable), business invoices/receipts, commercial contracts, research and development activities, copies of the previous year’s Complementary Tax on Income return (Form M/1) for Group A or Group B, etc.
    3. Evidence of the applicant enterprise’s actual business operations in Macao (where applicable), including proof of the use of the business premises (a Property Registration Report issued by the Real Estate Registry of Macao), a tenancy agreement for the premises or a declaration of free use of the premises signed by all owners, etc., as well as proof of employer contributions issued by the Social Security Fund and a list of full-time employees.
    4. Other documents that may assist the Macao International Technology Industry Centre in assessing the application.
